Free Legal Assistance to the Nonprofit Community from the UVA Law Nonprofit Clinic

The UVA Law Nonprofit Clinic offers free legal compliance check ups for area nonprofit organizations.  The vast array of compliance requirements, governance issues, and other risks that nonprofit leaders have to navigate can be overwhelming for even experienced nonprofit volunteers and staff.  For smaller, volunteer-based nonprofit organizations, obtaining much-needed legal assistance at an affordable price can be a challenge, and having a pro bono resource like the UVA Law Nonprofit Clinic is an especially valuable asset to the nonprofit community.  Participation is limited and available on a first come, first served basis, so click here for more information.
